Colchester Borough Council sell tickets for the Charter Hall and Castle Park events through Experience Tickets. Our ticket sales team provide online, telephone and face-to-face sales.  The team are fully briefed on all of the events, and notes prepared by the client ensure that our team can answer the majority of first-line customer questions.

English Touring Opera offer direct ticket sales to their UK-wide concert tour audiences through Experience Tickets, offering customers the convenience of online and phone sales, paper or e-tickets.  A secure portal allows ETO to access customer data for research and analysis and marketing purposes, and we’ve even worked together to train ETO staff to run a live pop-up box office at their concerts!

King Cole’s Kittens Fireworks display

8000 tickets are sold for this fantastic fireworks display every year.  We share and manage allocations between Experience Tickets and the local Visitor Information Centre, and provide ticket sales and collection on the door in partnership with local gallery Firstsite!


We’re proud to be the ticket vendor for the Royal Hospital School’s music department, including their 1000-seater chapel, concert hall and other performance spaces.  We manage allocations between Experience Tickets and the school, providing RHS with thousands of printed tickets to sell directly as well as our online sales.

  • Price dependent on ticket value. If the ticket costs less than £10, the price is £1 per ticket sold. Otherwise, the price is 10% of the ticket value

  • Online and telephone sales, customers can receive tickets online or by post (post is charged at £1.50 per booking to the customer)
  • Daily or weekly sales reports delivered direct to your inbox, and a private portal to access reports on demand
